fraG Gaming Organization Ranks and Structure

After you decide to join fraG Gaming Organization , your advancement depends on how much of a commitment you make to the group. Everyone will most likely at some point be promoted to [fraG] and eventually =[fraG]=. Advancement into leadership positions is competitive and will require you to put in extra free time to help run the group, organize events, help other members, etc. Below are the ranks and structure for fraG Gaming. If you have any questions or concerns you can feel free to contact the board administrator.

Regular Ranks

-fraG- [Junior Member]
A -fraG- level member is a member who has recently been accepted into the community. They do not have any type of admin and their goal is simply to play and be active on the forums, ventrilo and server.
 
[fraG] [Medium Level Member]
Even though a [fraG] member does not have full admin they are still considered a member of the community and are being trained and awaiting promotion to =[fraG]=.

 
=[fraG]= [Senior Level Member]
A =[fraG]= is a full admin, senior member and uses their knowledge about fraG Gaming to set an example for those under them.

Leadership Ranks

=[fraG]= Technical Adviser
A =[fraG]= Technical Adviser is the first level of leadership ranks and still wears the =[fraG]= tag because that is where the tag system ends. They are very experienced members and have a big knowledge of technical work. They are also in charge of Moderating the Forums.

=[fraG]= Staff Adviser
A =[fraG]= Staff Adviser is the same level of leadership as a technical adviser but has different responsibilities than a Tech Adviser, a Staff Adviser is responsible for about one third of a division (1 Adviser for A-I, 1 Adviser for J-R, and 1 Adviser for S-Z. They are in charge of having their designated members having tags, being active and acting right. They also can give out [fraG] and =[fraG]= promotions but must get their list approved first.

Note: There is only 6 Advisers in a game division, 3 Tech and 3 Staff. ALL Advisers handle the recruitment division.

=[fraG]= Community Manager
There is only two community managers for each game division and all the advisers in that game division report to them. The community managers are responsible for having their game division run like a well-oiled machine. Community Managers report to their designated Assistant Leader.

=[fraG]= Assistant Leader
There is only 2 Assistant Leaders, they both overlook their designated community managers(Each assistant leader gets half of the divisions) and make sure that the community managers do their jobs correctly, they then report to the leader.

=[fraG]= Leader
The Assistant Leaders report to the leader and the leader has final say on everything and can veto anything they desire.
